METHOD FOR DIAGNOSTICS OF FUNCTIONAL ION-REGULATING KIDNEY RESERVE IN PATIENTS, SUFFERING FROM THE BENIGN PROSTATIC HYPERTROPHY

A method for diagnostics of functional ion-regulating kidney reserve in patients, suffering from the benign prostatic hypertrophy, provides the liquid introduction and calculation of ion-regulating reserve. Potable water is orally administered in the volume of 0.5 % of patient body mass, and computation of ion-regulating reserve is made 2 hours before and after performing of the water loading. A glomerular filtering rate is determined by the endogenous creatinine clearance, sodium ion filtration f fraction and the absolute reabsorption of them are also determined.
