A device for treatment of a shin bone compound fractures contains the rods with a continuous integral thread of different lengths combined biplanar semi ball joints, linear bushing with the smooth longitudinal canal and threaded transversal hole, semi ball joints brackets of "virilizing type" with one and two holes, through osseous system rods with an end thread, the arcs with narrow-meshed through-holes into which the clamps for spokes and nut are inserted. The fixing through osseous system rods are connected with the upper arc from both sides of arex and placed between the through osseous system rods and the upper arc.
