The proposed composite microwave dielectric material based on magnesium titanate and calcium titanate can be used in equipment of communication systems. The material contains such components as MgO, CaO, TiO2, and CoO with a defined ratio between the contents of the components. The material is characterized by its high Q-factor ensured due to the partial substitution of magnesium ions for ions of cobalt.
