The device for assessing the reserve of the functional activity comprises the component providing the physical loading, the recording device, and the appliance for attaching the device to the patient's body. The component providing the physical loading is designed as the rubber dampers with the demountable handles. The recording device represents the standard bone dynamometer or the movable sliders installed onto the parallel guides attached at the specified distance one from another. The appliance for attaching the device to the patient's body is designed as the waist belt with the soft loop and the resilient hook for connecting to the standard rubber dampers.
