biodegradable polyurethanes nontoxic to release controlled drug and for tissue engineering.; The object of the invention is a biodegradable polyurethane hydrophilic character setting / hidrofóbi- co whose degradation products are non-toxic, and containing in the main chain at least one amino acid residue, which makes it recognizable by biological agents. The polymers are synthesized from a long chain monomer, as is a polyol consisting of a copolymer with units or segments of different hydrophilic / hydrophobic character, a di- or polyisocyanate and a chain extender, so that the degradation products of these three basic components do not result in toxic products and the structure of the main chain includes at least one amino acid residue.; The main applications are based on use as a material for the production of products intended for pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry, specifically its main application is for transport and controlled drug for tissue engineering and release.
