Molecular diagnostic method and treatment unstable sporadic colorectal cancer.; The present invention discloses a method of molecular diagnosis and treatment in colorectal cancer unstable sporadic based on that HNPCC tumors associated with mutations of MSH2 or MLH1 are all negative for the V599E mutation while this mutation is present in about half of sporadic tumors allowing rule HNPCC mutations associated with cancer or MSH2 and MLH1 avoiding laborious screening analysis of these genes. The present invention has application in the diagnosis and prevention of sporadic colorectal cancer.
