The above elements allow run an operating method that inhibits secondary dispersion, decreasing the formation of droplets, without affecting the mass transfer between phases. Consequently, phase separation as small tows which may drastically increase the product quality to obtain an ultra-pure aqueous extract simultaneously reducing sedimentation surface required is achieved.
