Use of a compound represented by the formula (I), a non-toxic salt thereof, or a hydrate thereof, for the manufacture of a medicament for the prevention and / or treatment of Parkinson's disease or Parkinson's syndrome: in which R6 represents hydroxy, C1-C4 alkoxy, C1-C4 alkoxy substituted with a phenyl, or NR9R10, each R9 and R10 independently representing: (i) hydrogen; (ii) C1-C4 alkyl; (iii) phenyl; (iv) phenyl substituted with C1-C4 alkoxy or carboxyl; (v) a 4 to 7-link heterocyclic ring containing a nitrogen atom, or (vi) a C1-C4 alkyl substituted with phenyl, C1-C4 alkyl substituted with C1-C4 alkoxy or a carboxyl substituted phenyl ; C1-C4 alkyl substituted with a heterocyclic ring of 4 to 7 links containing a nitrogen atom, (vii) a heterocyclic ring of 4 to 7 links having 1 or 2 nitrogen atoms or a nitrogen atom and an atom of oxygen, together with the nitrogen atom to which they are attached, (viii) an amino acid radical together with the nitrogen atom to which they are attached; (1) n is 1 R11 represents hydrogen; and R5 represents (C1-C10 alkyl in which one of the carbon atoms is substituted by 1 to 3 fluorine atoms) - CH2-, as long as R5 does not represent F- (CH2) 5-, F- (CH2 ) 6-, F- (CH2) 7-, and F3C- (CH2) 2-; or (2) n is 0 or 1; R11 represents hydrogen or chlorine; and R5 represents: C3-C10 alkyl; C3-C10 alkenyl; C2-C10 alkoxy; C2-C10 alkylthio; C3-C7 cycloalkyl; phenyl, phenoxy, F- (CH2) m, m being an integer from 5 to 7; F3C- (CH2) 2-, (C2-C10 alkyl substituted with 1 or 2 chlorine atoms) -CH2, or (C1-C5 alkyl substituted with 1 or 2 substituents selected from the group consisting of C1-C4 alkoxy , C3-C7 cycloalkyl, phenyl and phenoxy) -CH2-; or R5 and R11 taken together form C3-C10 alkylidene.
