This invention is an improved manually operated tool used for the quick andcleanremoval, carrying and disposal of dog feces. It is designed to be "touchless"so thatone never needs to handle the bag containing feces, and "washless" so that thedevicenever comes in contact with feces. It is also designed so that a dog can carryit duringoutings and it also functions as a toy for the dog to retrieve. The device iscomposed ofa handle with a scoop and bag holder at the end. It is equipped with a spring-loadedclamping mechanism to lock a plastic bag in place and On/Off thumb switcheswhichgovern the locking and unlocking of the clamping mechanism. It's handle has abit griparea where a dog can hold the device comfortably using his teeth. Also on thehandleis an adhesive material used to temporarily affix the device to a dog'sharness.
