Conjugates between hyaluronic acid and N-derivatives of glutamic acid, arefurther esterified on the residual primary hydroxyl groups of the hyaluronicacid with an aminoacid, a peptide, an aliphatic acid, an arilaliphatic acidand/or arylic acid a significant and unexpected increase in theirantiproliferative activity and decrease in their toxicity is observed.
