The present invention is directed to methods of evaluating the operations of awell service rig at a well site by evaluating charts of sensor data obtainedfrom sensors on or associated with the well service rig. An activity listingor Gantt chart can be reviewed and each activity verified by viewing charts ofsensor data obtained during that purported activity. In addition service rigdowntimes can be determined and evaluated through the evaluation of charts ofsensor data. Furthermore, activities and completion times for each activitycan be determined by evaluating charts of sensor data obtained from sensors onthe service rig or at the well site to verify the operations of the servicerig, to improve the efficiency of the operators by identifying long activitiesand providing additional instruction, and provide improved billing tocustomers by correcting activities and the time associated therewith.
