PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephone condition notification system capable of notifying each group telephone of user's current condition of telephone, which belongs to one group.;SOLUTION: A condition notification button for notifying a condition management device 1 of user's current condition of the telephone is provided at each of two or more telephones 3, 3A belonging to one group. By operation a condition notification button, which corresponds to user's condition change, a condition notification signal A showing the condition change is generated and informed to the condition management device 1 through a network 4. When the condition management device 1 receives the condition notification signal A, the registered content of a condition management table 1A is renewed, and then a condition notification signal B, as a condition change reception signal having the condition change information shown by the condition notification signal A, is distributed to all two or more telephones 3, 3A through the network 4.
