PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD PROVIDED WHOSE SURFACE IS PROVIDED WITH SEVERAL CONTACT SURFACES, METHOD FOR COATING CONTACT SURFACES OF A PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD AND A METHOD FOR CONDUCTIVITY GLUING AN ELECTRIC OR ELECTRONIC COMPONENT TO THE PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD
The invention relates to different components, for example, plug connector strips, piezoceramic componenets, etc, which are directly glued, instead of welding, to respective contact surfaces embodied on a printed circuit board for this purpose by means of a conductive glue. In order to avoid the undesired corrosion of the printed circuit boards, all contact surfaces of the printed circuit board are provided with a generally chemical passivating coating. The thus passivated contact surfaces creates some problems for conductor glue connections. In order to obtain an electronic circuit whose conductive glue connections to the printed circuit board exhibit improved mechanical or electric properties, the inventive printed circuit board (30) has a surface (32) provided with coated passivated weldable contacts (36) and at least one non-passivated contact surface (38) for connecting an electric or electronic component by means of the conductive glue.
