It is intended to provide a method of treating a virus-infected biological substance whereby the virus infecting the biological substance is removed or inactivated. This method has the step of dipping the biological substance in a treatment liquor containing an antibody specific to the virus. According to this method, the virus-infected biological substance is dipped in the treatment liquor containing an antibody specific to the infecting virus and thus the antibody binds to the surface of the virus to inhibit the adhesion of the virus to cells, thereby removing or inactivating the virus infecting the biological substance.
