Disclosed is a method for producing fine particles of a salt, hydroxide or oxide which is characterized in that during production of a salt, hydroxide or oxide by electrodialysis using an anion-exchange membrane and a cation-exchange membrane, a conductive liquid which is a poor solvent for the salt, hydroxide or oxide to be produced in a concentration chamber is used as a concentration chamber liquid. Also disclosed are fine particles of a salt, hydroxide or oxide produced by such a method.
