The present invention relates to a coupling device for anchoring constuction material onto the ceiling, which has an intersection clip for disposing fixing bars in the shape of intersection for fixing a ceiling material, and a screw rod for supporting the intersection clip movably along a rail, which is buried in a concrete slab, so that the right and left movement as well as the height control of the fixing bars may be carried out freely and the screw-coupling of gypsum plaster boards may be realized stably by the intersection type mounting of the fixing bars.
