The invention relates to medicine and can be used for treating chronic illnesses. The aim of said invention is to increase the regeneration potential of autologous mononuclear cells, thereby increasing the efficiency of treatment of a large range of chronic illnesses. The inventive method for treating chronic illnesses consists in sampling a patient cell material for subsequently separating the autologous mononuclear cells therefrom, cultivating the mononuclear autologic cells for obtaining a biograf and subsequently transplanting said biograf to the patient, wherein the cultivation is carried out by adding a tissue-specific antigen which corresponds to the injured member or to the separated autologous mononuclear cells, prior to the cultivation, lymphoid and/or dendrite cells, which are pre-cultivated by addition of the tissue-specific antigen corresponding the injured member, are added. The methods for obtaining the biograft and the biograft obtained by said method are also disclosed.
