FIELD: medicine, therapy.;SUBSTANCE: for obtaining a biotransplant it is necessary to isolate stem cells-containing autologous mononuclear cells out of cellular material. The isolated cells should be cultivated in growth medium at addition of tissue-specific antigen obtained out of the isolated tissue of the organ being correspondent to the affected one (variants). By another variant, the growth medium should be supplemented with lymphoid and/or dendritic cells being pre-cultivated at addition of a tissue-specific antigen obtained out of the isolated tissue of the organ that corresponds to the affected one.
