A service gateway includes a service conversation detection unit for the request of detecting service conversation and the end of service conversation, and a serving quality negotiation unit for acquiring the serving quality information of service conversation while the service conversation detection unit detects the service conversation request, asking for the corresponding service serving resource according to the serving quality information, and triggering to release the service serving resource while the service conversation detection unit detects service conversation end. In addition, the present invention also discloses a corresponding service serving system, and a serving quality negotiate and service serving resource release method. The present invention could realize the serving quality request procedure without terminal participation. it is easy to be deployed and carried out. The end to end QoS can be quickly deployed and carried out based on changing nothing in current network service server.
