Secure insulating underpants for prevention from venereal diseases, comprise a body formed by connection with a front piece made from a waterproof sheet material and a back kicking strap. A waist band is provided in the upper of the front piece. A round hole corresponding to the size of a penis is provided in the front piece, around which a circular strengthened rib made from a flexible rubber material is provided. A short, circular cannula made from a flexible rubber material which corresponds to the size of a penis is connected with the circular strengthened rib, the length of which is 8-15mm. A circular strengthened rib surrounds the orifice of the short circular cannula. The underpants of the invention could prevent transmission of venereal diseases.
