Process for the manufacture of protections for the prevention of venereal diseases

The process comprises a series of stages consisting in preparing a crude product by mixing a natural rubber and 0.3% of catalytic dehydrating agent, 0.1% of pulverulent zinc oxide and 0.3% of curing agent, - in pouring 0.2% of liquefied curing agent into a mould and heating the said mould to 80@C, - in pouring the said crude product into the said mould and heating it to 150@-200@C, - in carrying out an edging operation, - in allowing to heat again to 150@C and - in demoulding the finished product. The finished product may be a mask or a pair of briefs comprising an extensible part. IMAGE
