ELECTRIC POWER SAVING APPARATUS COMPRISING SEMI-CONDUCTOR DEVICE TO PASS ENERGY OF INFRARED RAY SYNTHETIC WAVELENGTH INTO ELECTRIC CABLE USING OUTPUT PULSE SIGNAL, ELECTRIC CIRCUIT BOARD STRUCTURE FOR IMPLEMENTING THE APPARATUS, AND ELECTRIC POWER SAVING METHOD
An electric power saving apparatus and method are provided. The electric power saving apparatus and method increase the wavelength of electrons within an electric cable through which a current driving the load flows by providing optical energy emitted by irradiating infrared light on a semiconductor device and applying voltages to an electric cable, thus stabilizing spin state and vibration state of spinning electrons and thus reducing energy losses due to collision between electrons. Furthermore, the above effect can be maintained consistently and stably by continuously providing optical energy through an infrared light-emitting device within the electric power saving apparatus during operation of the electric power saving apparatus.
