A variable-focus lens and a fabricating method thereof are provided to prevent generation of air bubbles and improve performance thereof by forming a projection at one end of a fluid chamber. A fluid chamber is a tubular body for storing first and second fluids, which are not mixed with each other and have different refractive indexes. A projection(112) is formed at one open end of the fluid chamber. A transparent plate(120) is coupled with one end of the fluid chamber in a sealing state, apart from the projection. A first electrode is disposed in the fluid chamber for the first fluid. A second electrode is isolated from the first fluid.
