A process for fabricating breathable pillow is provided to obtain the pillow efficient to promote sleeping effect, to stimulate sleeping function of brain and to control correct posture for sleeping by admixing charcoal, mud-flat soil, medical herbs, pine leaves, loess and wild aster to form circular implants for the pillow and manufacturing the pillow by using the implants. A ball type of circular implant for the breathable pillow is formed by the steps of: pulverizing dried pine leaves and charcoal after mixing the same in a ratio of 2:1 to obtain powders having 150 mesh; discharging the powders; blending the powders with corn additive in a ratio of 4:1; molding the mixture into a circular implant having bore diameter of 5.5 to 7mm; first drying the implant at 55 to 60deg.C for 3 hours; then second drying the dried implant with natural wind. Alternatively, the implant is formed of dried medicinal herb, that is, Artemisia capillaris and wild aster by pulverizing the materials in dried condition after mixing the same in a ratio of 2:1 to obtain powders having 150 mesh; discharging the powders; blending the powders with corn additive in the ratio of 4:1; molding the mixture into a circular implant having bore diameter of 5.5 to 7mm; first drying the implant at 55 to 60deg.C for 4 hours; then second drying the dried implant with natural wind. The breathable pillow includes both of the implants in total weight of 4.7 to 5kg.
