AGRECULTRAL INSECTICIDE EXTRACTED FROM LEEK,ONION,GARLIC

An agricultural insecticide obtained from allicin is provided to prepare a pollution-free pesticide from an extract of allicin, which is a unique ingredient of leek, onion and garlic, thereby replacing harmful agricultural insecticide with environment-friendly agricultural insecticide composed of the allicin. The agricultural insecticide prepared from leek, onion and garlic is characterized in that it is obtained from an extract of allicin extracted from the leek, onion and garlic and dried powder of the leek, onion and garlic. The extract is prepared by crushing the leek, onion and garlic using a mixer, mixing the crushed matter with water or ethanol for 24 hours, treating the mixture with ultrasonic, and vacuum concentrating and extracting the ultrasonic treated compound at room temperature of less than 40 deg.C. The allicin is extracted from the dried powder of the leek, onion and garlic by mixing the powder with water or ethanol for 24 hours, treating the mixture with ultrasonic treating machine, filtering the ultrasonic treated mixture with a fine sieve to recover a molecular compound, and vacuum concentrating and extracting the recovered compound at room temperature of less than 40 deg.C.
