HEAT-ISOLATING TOPCOATING COMPOSITION FOR WATERPROOF AND METHOD FOR COATING USING THEREOF

Provided are a two-pack type top coat composition for a waterproofing material which is excellent in heat insulation, durability and impact resistance and protects an intermediate coat from UV rays, and a method for coating a top coat for waterproofness by using the composition. The top coat composition comprises a base part which comprises 35-45 parts by weight of an acrylic resin, 0.1-1 parts by weight of a dispersant, 35-45 parts by weight of a heat insulating pigment, 0.1-1 an antisettling agent, 0.1-1 parts by weight of a catalyst and 5-15 parts by weight of a polyester resin; and a curing agent part which comprises 40-50 parts by weight of a polyisocyanate, 0.1-1 parts by weight of a water absorber and 50-60 parts by weight of a diluent. Preferably the ratio of the base part and the curing agent part is about 2:1 by volume.
