METHOD OF MANUFACTURING CONTINUOUS MATS BY ELECTROSPINNING AND MATS MANUFACTURED THEREBY

A method for manufacturing a continuous mat by using an electro-spinning and a mat manufactured by the same are provided to arrange alternately nano fibers manufactured by two or more kinds of micro-molecule substances. The high voltage is applied to a nozzle block(2). The nozzle block includes two or more unit blocks vertically or horizontally arranged and has a C-shaped combination structure. The nozzle block also includes two or more spinning solution storage plates, so that the nozzles distribute and supply alternately two kinds of high polymer spinning solutions. The spinning solution storage plates are divided into the nozzle plate. A collector(3) is a cylindrical conductor and rotated by the nozzle block.
