METHOD FOR SEARCHING TITLE OF REAL ESTATE

A method for searching a title of an apartment, which is an object of a remainder loan for a distribution price, is provided to enable a loan institution to minimize possible damage caused from the remainder loan of the distribution price by processing a title search for the apartment wanting to receive the remainder loan and letting the loan institution refer to a title search result. The title search for the apartment is request from a server of a title insurance company providing title insurance to the loan institution, which provides the remainder loan for the distribution price to a borrower receiving the apartment(3). The first search result for a household moved in the apartment is received by requesting a moved household search to a credit authority server(5). A title report for the apartment is generated by receiving register information of the apartment from a national authority server and aggregating the register information and searched moved household information, and is provided to the server of the title insurance company(10). The loan institution receives at least one second moved household search result before the remainder loan is provided to the borrower(11).
