A stock trade management system linked with a loan system and an operation method thereof are provided to calculate/offer a credit level according to a rule set by a trader before trade if the loan system requests the credit level of an account, and automatically restrict selling or buying by determining whether the account of the trader is reached to the set rule when the trader sells stocks or a current price is changed. The trader sets up the rule such as an earning rate and a trade item/period by connecting to a trade management tool of a stock company with an Internet terminal(1). The trade management tool stores the set rule to a rule database corresponding to the trader account(2). The trader requests a loan using the stock trade management system to the loan system(3). The loan system requests the credit level of the trader account to the trade management tool(4). The trade management tool calculates the credit level by reading rule data, ledger information, and current price information, and transmits the calculated credit level to the loan system(5-1~5-5). The loan system determines a loan price and an interest rate according to the received credit level, and transfers the determined loan price to the trader(6).
