A carrier transferring load and unload system of a lower frame bridge type located between a shore side and a stack field crane is provided to remove a horizontal load and unload transfer vehicle driven by a conventional combustion engine at a container quay. A carrier transferring load and unload system of a lower frame bridge type located between a shore side and a stack field crane includes a lower frame bridge(3) installed in a large-sized carrier rail of the crane in parallel under the extended distance of the rear side of the shore side. The length of the lower frame bridge corresponds to the size of a container load region of the stack field. The width of the lower frame bridge is the same as the width of the moved carrier. The number of the lower frame bridge can be one, two, three, four, or more. When the number of the lower frame bridge is one, it can be installed in parallel.
