METHOD FOR REVIEWING AND REPAIRING LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY PANEL

A method for inspecting and repairing an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) is provided to perform the aging repair without delay after inspecting an LCD panel. The badness of an LCD panel is checked by means of an auto probe apparatus(S310). Thereafter, an LCD panel requiring the aging repair is immediately repaired by means of an aging apparatus installed at in unit of a predetermined number of auto probe apparatuses(S320). Thereafter the repaired LC panel is reviewed(S330). The reviewing process is performed by means of the auto probe apparatus. The aging apparatus is also installed at every four auto probe apparatuses or every one auto probe apparatus. The auto probe apparatus includes a support frame for supporting a cell under the test. A microscope is installed movably toward X and Y shafts to the support frame. A position control member controls the position of the microscope.
