METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR PROVIDING CADASTRAL SURVEY SERVICE BY USING MOBILE COMMUNICATION TERMINAL

A method and a system for providing a cadastral survey service using a mobile terminal are provided to offer cadastral information including a lot number of a location of the mobile terminal and a boundary mark of the lot number by checking location information of the mobile terminal if the mobile terminal requests the cadastral information. An HLR(Home Location Register)(135) registers, recognizes, deletes, and checks the location by receiving the location information of the mobile terminal(100). BSP(Location Based Service Platform)(150) provides various location based services by using a longitude/latitude coordinates of the mobile terminal. A PDE(Position Determination Entity)(152) inquires the location of the mobile terminal. An MPC(Mobile Position Center)(154) requests a location inquiry of the mobile terminal to the PDE and transfers a result to the LBSP. A cadastral information server(180) provides a cadastral map including the lot number of the location of the mobile terminal and the boundary mark of the lot number. A ubiquitous-cadastral map server(160) checks the location of the mobile terminal by linking with the LBSP and transmits the cadastral map to the mobile terminal.
