An optical wiring laminate manufacturing method and an optical wiring laminate are provided to easily produce the optical wiring laminate having plural stacked base materials and optical wiring layers disposed between the base materials. In an optical wiring laminate manufacturing method, an optical wiring laminate has a structure of stacking at least two base materials(1). At least one optical wiring layer(2) is composed of a core region(2a) and a side clad region(2b) formed at the side of the core region, and interposed between the base materials. The optical wiring layer is made of a polysilane composition containing polysilane. A base material containing first block(6) disposed at one side and a base material containing second block(7) disposed on the other side are overlapped by interposing the optical wiring layer formed on the surface of one block. The optical wiring layer is used as an adhesive layer for bonding the first and second blocks by applying heat while interposing the optical wiring layer between the overlapped blocks.
