A belt lock apparatus, a head support attaching structure, a seat body attaching structure, and a shopping cart are provided to reduce manufacturing cost by reducing the number of structural components. A belt lock apparatus includes a base plate(410), a rotating member(420), and an elastic member(430). The rotating member is rotatively supported on the base plate. The elastic member is inserted between the base plate and the rotative member. The base plate includes a slit and a pair of fixing friction portions(412,413). The fixing friction portions are disposed to the slit. The rotating member includes a movable friction portion(422A). When the rotating member is pressurized by the elastic member, a belt is inserted and locked by the fixing friction portions and the movable friction portion. When the rotating member is rotated against a pressurizing force of the elastic member, a lock of the belt between the fixing friction portions and the movable friction portion is canceled.
