A method for preparing a Pulsatilla koreana wine is provided to be able to process Pulsatilla koreana, a useless wild flower, to be a food which is helpful for human health and contributes for income increasing of farm house. A method comprises the steps of: (a) mixing 350g of Pulsatilla koreana leaves with 150g of Epimedium koreanum leaves; (b) putting 3 liters of water in the mixture and then boiling down into 1.5 liters of an extract; (c) after well mixing 100g of hard-boiled glutinous rice with the extract, putting the mixture in a clayware made of clay and closely sealing it with a lid; and (d) fermenting it with ripening at a dark place having low temperature for 14 hours.
