A method for removing red tide and green algae is provided to make it possible to remove the red tide generated in the sea and the green algae generated in a pond, thereby restoring an ecosystem in the sea and the pond. An alkaline agent diluted by water is sprinkled on red tide generated in the sea, thereby neutralizing the red tide while sodium nitrate and sodium phosphate are generated. Floating type powders of iron oxide are sprinkled on the red tide, thereby neutralizing the red tide while iron nitrate and iron phosphate are generated. An oxygen gas is separated from the iron oxide, and the separated oxygen gas is inputted into the sea. A dissolved oxygen level is increased in a pond having green algae by inputting fresh water or using a water mill, thereby restoring an ecosystem in the pond.
