A method for analyzing urea nitrogen contents in milk by using a NIR spectrum analyzer is provided to measure the degree of quality of the milk through a correlation between a standard value and an NIR absorption spectrum. A method for analyzing urea nitrogen contents in milk by using a NIR spectrum analyzer includes the steps of: supplying power required for a system control device and a data process device through a power supplying unit(31); inputting a reference cell into a sample introducing unit by a user(32); measuring milk protein for the reference cell as a standard reference(37); displaying the measured milk protein value as a conventional spectrum by scanning a light into a sample introducing unit(38); and estimating a total solid emulsion degree among quality degree standards of the milk through the absorption spectrum(39).
