An outsider recognition apparatus at a front door for an apartment house is provided to check an outsider through a transparent wing by rotating large wings, and to ventilate an entrance by using a through hole of the transparent wing. An outsider recognition apparatus at a front door for an apartment house comprises the front door having an installation hole; an indoor fixing plate formed with an insertion unit, a door fixing unit(11), a square hole(15), a shaft fixing groove(13), a handle hole(14), a lock installation groove(16), a bar fixing groove(17) and a hole; an outdoor fixing plate fixed to the indoor fixing plate, and formed with a square hole, and a shaft fixing groove; a recognition wing bar(20) formed with a wing fixing bar having two transparent and opaque wings(28,33), a central axis(24) rotatably fixed to the in and outdoor fixing plates, a wing fixing groove(23), a fixing projection unit(32,34) installed at the back of the wings, a light installation groove at the upper end of the transparent wing, a switch installation groove at the wing fixing bar, an electric wire fixing groove, a cross hooking groove(27) at the upper end of the central axis, and plural through-holes at the transparent wing; a light device formed with a light installation cover, a switch, a switch box(44), a light bulb and a light installation groove; a fixing piece(50) formed with a bar, a handle, a locking hole, a hooking projection(54) going in or out of the cross hooking groove to limit the rotation of the recognition wing bar; a lock(60) formed with a locking bar(61) with a handle(62) installed to limit the movement of the fixing piece; and a fixing covering plate(70) formed with a slit hole(71) and a bar fixing groove(72), and installed to cover the lock installation groove.
