A concrete crack prevention device is provided to facilitating the assembly with a reinforcing bar with a combining unit such as a wire or a lace by manufacturing with a reinforcing plastic. A concrete crack prevention device(A) comprises two crack prevention plates(10,10') formed like a squared column, and provided with more than one connection bar combining grooves(11,11') at both ends of a surface facing each other; and two connection bars(20,20') combined to the connection bar combining groove of the crack prevention plate to regularly space the crack prevention plate. The crack prevention plate includes a reinforcing unit thickening a connection bar combining groove part of the crack prevention plate. The crack prevention plate is a square column and has a crack prevention rib longitudinally formed on an opposite surface to the connection bar combining groove of the crack prevention plate. Both sections of the crack prevention plate a curved surface of a semi-circle.
