A concrete crack prevention device for a wall is provided to reduce manufacturing cost and time only by mounting the crack prevention plate and the fixing member fixing the crack prevention plate to the mold. A concrete crack prevention device(10) for a wall is composed of a concrete crack prevention plate(11) shaped like a plate and formed with a predetermined length; and a fixing member(12) containing a wall body formed with an insertion groove at the center to couple the concrete crack prevention plate and fixing the crack prevention plate at both sides, and a mold coupling unit(13) coupled to penetrate the bottom surface from the upper side of the wall body. The crack prevention plate is formed with at least two fixing member insertion parts thicker than other parts to be inserted in the fixing member.
