A RIGHT TO ENJOY SUNSHINE DISTURBANCE ANALYSIS SYSTEM AND METHOD THEREOF

A system and a method for analyzing infringement of a sunshine right are provided to analyze the infringement and an infringement level by quantitatively calculating sunshine duration based on the ground, walls, and slopes after a harming building and a damaged building are drawn as an analysis drawing by using a 3D(Dimensional) modeling program. A 3D model former(10) makes the analysis drawing recognizable to a computer by inputting a precise location and height based on survey of the harming and damaged buildings. An observation condition input part(20) inputs a value for setting an observation viewpoint, and a central point and a direction of an observation object to the made analysis drawing. A sunshine analyzer(30) analyzes the sunshine duration by using Waldram analysis, solar view analysis, point analysis, surface analysis, shadow analysis, and sunshine analysis of a measurement point and a sunshine chart. A shadow maker(40) makes a shadow diagram for analyzing the location of shadow by projecting the shadow of the harming building according to each time range. A shadow simulator(50) simulates the calculated location of the shadow.
