A grasping exercising implement with small and simple structure is provided to allow enjoying grasping exercising during jogging, to reduce the manufacturing cost by simple structure, and to improve the exercising effect efficiently. The grasping exercising implement with small and simple structure comprises: a grasping part(2) having several indented uneven parts(3); a female hook(4) established on the upper and lower part; a finger pressuring stick(7) having a bottom surface expanding part; and a uniting tool combined with the grasping part(2) through assembling between the female hook(4) and male hook on the uniting tool.
