ELECTRIC CONDUCTION STRONG METAL COMPLEX THREAD MANUFACTURING METHOD AND ELECTRIC CONDUCTION STRONG METAL COMPLEX THREAD USING THE METHOD

An electric conduction strong metal complex thread and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to largely reduce the cutting rate of a thread and to simplify the manufacturing process, thereby increasing the production efficiency. At the first process, plural strands of conductive materials(2) are wound at the surface of a fiber thread(1) with a covered state in order to form plural twisted threads. At the second process, at the wound state of the conductive materials, the conductive material is twisted toward the right direction. At the third process, the twisted thread is twisted toward the left direction in order to form plural twisted threads. The conductive material is made of copper, silver or stainless having a thread shape of the predetermined thickness.
