Provided is a seed raising box for dispersed rice seeds, which prevents a tangle of roots effectively during box seed raising and is improved in a water absorption characteristic. The seed raising box for dispersed rice seeds comprises an edge part formed in a box shape, a bottom part formed in the inner and lower part of the edge part, many dented ports that are formed on the bottom part in an oval shape of seed rice, many bottom through holes(5) formed between the ports at regular intervals, and bottom lower part grooves formed on the lower part of the bottom part in a fixed direction. The bottom through hole(5) has a narrow upper part(51) and a wide lower part(52), wherein the upper part(51) is 0.5-1.0mm in diameter and the lower part(52) is 2.0-3.0mm in diameter.
