The manufacturing method of organic fertilizer containing high amino acid content utilizing the animal by-products

Provided is a manufacturing method of an organic fertilizer that contains a high amino acid content in use of animal by-products to improve productivity of organic fertilizers and shorten the manufacturing period of fertilizers. The organic fertilizer containing a high amino acid content is manufactured by mixing animal by-products with an application of electric power, adding water and processing by enzymes. The mixture ratio of the animal by-products to water is 20-30 wt% to 100 wt%. Examples of the animal by-products include powder obtained from each part of an animal including hairs, tough beef directly under the skin of a cow, blood, finger nails, toe nails, and horns. For the application of electric power to cut the animal by-products, KOH or NaOH is utilized as an electrolyte.
