A Magnetism Detecting Equipment having Brush of Paper Money Identification Module

A magnetism detecting mechanism of a bill recognition module equipped with a brush is provided to secure a wide detecting surface by surface-contacting bills and a magnetic sensor by bending of a brush. In a magnetism detecting mechanism of a bill recognition module equipped with a brush, an upper sensor assembly(10) has magnetic sensors(11a~11d) installed in a line and idle rollers(12a,12b). A lower transfer roller assembly(20) comprises brush rollers(23a~23d) and idle roller contact rollers(21a,21b) arranged oppositely to the magnetic sensors and the idle rollers of the upper sensor assembly. The brush rollers have sensor contact rollers(22a~22d) installed at the spot facing the magnetic sensors, made from ABS(Acrylonitryl-Butadiene-Styrene) resin for preventing wear and static electricity and brushes(24a~24d) made from elastic nylon resin containing carbon, formed like a projection or sheet, and installed at the outer peripheral surfaces of the sensor contact rollers to closely contact the transferred bills to the magnetic sensors.
