De-Emphasis circuit design method of video signal processing IC and IC using thereof

PURPOSE: A method of designing a de-emphasis circuit of a video signal processing IC and an IC using the method are provided to set a circuit for determining a reproduction video level of the de-emphasis circuit in the video signal processing IC to minimize the number of components around the IC. CONSTITUTION: A video signal processing IC(240) contains a luminance signal processing block and a color signal processing block including a de-emphasis circuit(245,246). A circuit for determining a reproduction video level of the de-emphasis circuit is contained in the video signal processing IC. The ground to which the circuit for determining the reproduction video level is connected is coupled to the ground of the luminance signal processing block.
