The livestock feeds and the method of livestock feeds production using edible mushroom mycelia

PURPOSE: Provided are livestock feeds and a method for producing the same by directly processing edible mushroom mycelia to livestock feeds or by mixing the edible mushroom mycelia with conventional livestock feeds. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing livestock feeds comprises the steps of: preparing a culture medium by mixing sawdust and nutritional additives; inserting the medium into a bottle then sterilizing it; inoculating edible mushroom to culture its mycelia; heat-drying the cultured medium to moisture content of 14-16%; and pulverizing or nonpulverizing the medium, and followed by packing it.
