THE EVAPORATION WEIGHT LOSS AND LUBRICATION CHARACTERISTIC COMPRESSOR OIL COMPOSITION

A composition of compressor oil with low evaporation loss and good lubrication characteristic is provided to prevent the physical characteristic of the compressor oil from being changed by decreasing the evaporation loss and to reduce sludge by preventing wear of a compressor due to good lubrication characteristic. The composition of compressor oil with ISO VG(International Organization for Standardization Viscosity Grade) of 61.0~74.8 is produced by adding 1.0wt.% of a corrosion-proof additive to a base composition. The base composition is produced by pouring 47.0wt.% of 2,2-bis(hydroxymethyl)-1,3 propanediol, homopolymer, isononanoate pentanoate with ISO VG of 210~225 of dibasic ester containing a chemical group classified as polymer and alkylene oxide and 52.0wt.% of ditridecyl adipate with ISO VG of 28.0~25.0 containing a chemical group classified as ester, and then mixing the materials at 50~100RPM(Revolution Per Minute) under the normal temperature below 40°C for 30 minutes in a stirrer. The corrosion-proof additive is produced by inserting 70wt.% of 2-octanol and 30wt.% of benzotriazole into a reactor, mixing the 2-octanol and benzotriazole at 50~70RPM in the stirrer, and then dissolving the mixture at the normal temperature of 20~25°C for 30 minutes.
