A MARKER FOR SELECTING RADIATION-SENSITIVE HEPATOCELLULAR CARCINOMA CELL LINES, KIT AND MICROARRAY COMPRISING THE SAME AND METHOD FOR SELECTING RADIATION-SENSITIVE HEPATOCELLULAR CARCINOMA CELL LINES USING THE MARKER

A marker for selecting radiation-sensitive hepatocellular carcinoma cell lines, a kit and microarray comprising the same marker and a method for selecting radiation-sensitive hepatocellular carcinoma cell lines by using the same marker are provided to increase therapeutic effects of radiation on the hepatocellular carcinoma by controlling target genes within cells. The marker for selecting radiation-sensitive hepatocellular carcinoma cell lines contains at least one gene selected from genes listed in table 4, and further contains at least one gene selected from genes listed in table 5. The marker containing the genes listed in table 6 shows increase of expression in the radiation-resistant hepatocellular carcinoma cell lines and decrease of expression in radiation-sensitive hepatocellular carcinoma cell lines. The kit and microarray for selecting radiation-sensitive hepatocellular carcinoma cell lines comprise the marker.
